The Short Version
It’s easy to EXCHANGE goods if the wrong size or colour was selected.

The Long Version
Exchanges: We are happy to exchange goods if the wrong size or colour was selected. This must be done within 30 days from the date the goods were shipped. Returned items must be in as-new, unused and original condition. They must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags attached, and in a re-sellable brand-new condition, or no exchange will be given. When returning an item, please contact Customer Service by emailing CustomerService@Outdoortactical.com.au. You are responsible for returning the goods to us and the full cost of reshipping the replacement item/s back to you. We are unable to offer flat-rate or free shipping on these exchanges. (You are welcome to include a prepaid AusPost satchel with your returned goods) We cannot accept returns after 30 days, except in some cases in which an item is faulty and falls under warranty.
Change of Mind: Change of Mind requests must be done within 30 days from the date the goods were shipped. Returned items must be in as-new, unused and original condition. They must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags attached, in a re-sellable brand-new condition, and include any free gift or promotional item/s included with the original purchase or no refund will be processed. When returning an item, please contact Customer Service by emailing CustomerService@Outdoortactical.com.au. You are responsible for returning the goods to us. All costs incurred by us to fulfil your original purchase may be deducted from your refund, like the true cost of Flat Rate or Free Shipping. (We offer a subsidised Flat Rate Shipping fee of $14.99 but most shipping costs exceed this price) All refunds will be processed as a Store Credit. We cannot accept returns after 30 days, except in some cases in which an item is faulty and falls under warranty.
Special Orders, Made-to-Order and Custom Orders are subject to our normal warranty process but are not available for exchange, change of mind, refund or credit.
We will accept returns of faulty or defective items if they fall within the warranty period. Customers must contact Outdoor Tactical Pty Ltd prior to returning such items. If an item is faulty and we cannot supply a replacement or have the item repaired for you, you will be entitled to a refund or store credit. We will not provide a refund if the customer simply changes their mind or the customer finds the same item at lower price elsewhere after the purchase is complete.
If a product that you have placed on order with us goes on sale after the date of your original purchase, Outdoor Tactical will not reimburse the difference for the sale price.
All returns are subject to assessment. Credits or Refunds are at the sole discretion of Outdoor Tactical Pty Ltd and will only be given for pre-approved requests by emailing Customer Service on CustomerService@OutdoorTactical.com.au. If a Refund is given this can take up to 5 business days to return to your original payment method. We aim to process all returns received back to us with in 10 working days of delivery. All items must have been purchased through Outdoor Tactical Pty Ltd. We will not accept items not purchased from Outdoor Tactical Pty Ltd. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
