Shipping Policy

• We offer a $14.99 Flat Rate uninsured shipping for all Australian orders
• If you spend $149 or more, shipping is FREE 
• Some large items will incur a "Large Item" shipping fee of $60
  • If you spend $149 or more then $14.99 will be credited against this fee.

Customers who purchase from our website Outdoor Tactical give authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address. 

Certain factors such as order size, weight and shipping address require us to ship via multiple methods and carriers. Outdoor Tactical Pty Ltd reserves the right to use any shipping method with any carrier. Our main carrier is Australia Post, but other carriers may also be used.

The delivery times provided by Outdoor Tactical Pty Ltd are estimates only. Outdoor Tactical Pty Ltd will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge all information set forth under our shipping pages.

The "Order Notes" box in the Shopping Cart, is used for any instructions to help the driver make delivery of your order (e.g. "Last house at end of driveway", "Office hours 9-5"). Drivers are unable to grant specific requests such as "Deliver between 1-2pm" or "Leave parcel in garden shed". Outdoor Tactical Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible if your instructions are not followed, nor can we complete any promo code requests entered in this field.

Charges may apply to large or bulky items.

New Zealand customers please contact customerservice@outdoortactical.com.au for a custom quote. All NZ Orders which are paid through Bank Deposit require a $20 International Processing Fee.
